2. Scope and purpose of data processing

We process personal data only to the extent you provide it to us yourself — in particular through the contact form on this website. The form prepares an email message that you send directly from your own email client to kontakt@veranoir.pl — the data entered in the form is not stored or processed on the website's server.

Data provided in this way (name, email address, message content) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any further correspondence related to the matter the inquiry concerned.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, in the case of voluntary contact and the provision of data in an email message.
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract, if the inquiry concerns investment or advisory cooperation.
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence and responding to inquiries.

4. Recipients of data

We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by applicable law (e.g. at the request of authorized authorities) or with providers who support us technically in maintaining the website (e.g. a hosting provider), who process data solely on our instructions.

Google Fonts. This website uses Google Fonts provided by Google LLC (USA). When the page loads, your browser downloads font files directly from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your device's IP address to Google. The legal basis for this processing is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring a consistent and legible presentation of the website. More information on data processing by Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data retention period

We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter it concerned, and thereafter for a period resulting from applicable law (e.g. limitation periods for claims) or until you object or request that your data be deleted.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

To exercise the rights above, please contact us at kontakt@veranoir.pl.

7. Cookies

In its current version, this website does not use advanced tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. It uses one type of browser storage (localStorage), used solely to remember your cookie consent decision, so that we don't show the cookie banner on every subsequent visit.

If we implement analytics or marketing tools using cookies in the future, we will disclose this in an updated version of this policy and request the appropriate consent.

You can change your cookie and local storage settings at any time in your browser settings — including deleting stored data or blocking it from being saved. This may affect some features of the website (e.g. the cookie banner may reappear).

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy, in particular in connection with changes in the law or the development of the website's features. The current version of this document is always available at this address, together with the date it was last updated.
